The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

On 25th May 2018, a change in Data Protection legislation comes into force. This affords a greater level of protection to an individual’s rights regarding the usage, storage and availability of their personal data held by companies.

Data protection and information security are something that we take seriously at Para Apparel Ltd. We have reviewed and implement data protection laws as part of our management system and as part of our business risk assessment.

In the event that there are changes in the way we securely process data, we will communicate these changes to you.

Para Apparel Ltd has a contractual obligation, only processing data on your behalf for the delivery of the services we provide to you as our customer.

When you place an order through our site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Social Media

When using our social media tags, keep in mind that this information is shared publicly. Therefore, don’t give out any information you wouldn’t be comfortable with a stranger knowing – this includes your address, phone number, date of birth, email address, bank and credit card details, and place of work.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data. Para Apparel Ltd only holds personal data to fulfil our contractual obligation.
